BCSRC Planning Calendar

This calendar is to provide a rough schedule for regularly planned events and planning throughout the year. This is not intended to be any sort of an official calendar; just a "reminder" source to help keep us on track.

	Board Meeting
March
	AKC test - 9th weekend of year (usually 1st weekend in March) Board Meeting (Select Nominating Committee at Board Meeting) Nominating Committee must meet prior to April 1
April
	HRC test - 13th Weekend of year (1st weekend in Apr)
May
	Family Spring Picnic & Playday         Officer & Board Elections         Hunt Test Chairman & Secretaries for fall AKC, sprin HRC, & next year's spring AKC test choosen. Fall AKC Chairman begins finding judges for October hunt test Board Meeting (new board)
July
	Spring AKC Chairman begins finding judges for March hunt test Deadline: ~July 7 - Application for Fall AKC test due at AKC Board Meeting
August
	Deadline: ~August 1: Application for HRC upland test due at UKC HRC Chairman begins finding judges for April hunt test
September
	Board Meeting
October
	Deadline: ~Oct 15: Application for HRC test due at UKC 4th weekend - AKC test
November
	Treasurer sends out statement reminding members that dues are due HRC Upland Test - 46th weekend of Year (2nd weekend of Nov) Board Meeting

	Deadline: Dec 1: Application for Spring AKC test due at AKC Deadline: ~Dec 1: Application for HRC test due at UKC Christmas Party
